Spaghetti & Meatballs


This dish is a favorite of the girls.  I use equal parts of ground pork, veal and lamb to make the meatballs using "real" bread crumbs and parmigiano reggiano.  The girls can't seem to get enough.  The sauce is a simple reduction of imported canned Italian tomatoes.  Simple, yet very satisfying.  It's all about the meat.
