Salmon. Mousse.




One of our standard meals; grilled Salmon with rice and veggies.  We made it a bit special with a dessert of Chocolate Mousse.  It would be a gross understatement to say that the girls loved the mousse.  I used an Italian style meringue and melted some great chocolate in a make-shift double-boiler.  It turned out perfect.
